# How to withdraw my staked tokens?

In order to withdraw your staked tokens visit the staking pool page that you are staking your tokens on. In order to do that you can open the "Manage" tab and proceed to "Your Pools".

After selecting the pool you want to withdraw from, open the "Withdraw" tab on the right side panel.

Select the amount you would like to withdraw and select "Withdraw Token" button.
